Cryptic

Star Trek Online: Release Notes: September 22nd, 2016

General:

Resolved an issue that occasionally caused a crash in the chat system.
Slight animation updates on the following:

Magnetic boots
Movement in low gravity
Pounce Trait
Sitting in Risa sunbathing chairs
Hyperspanner for rerouting shields  power

Temporal Rifle: Resolved an issue with this weapons melee animation and changed its class from rifle to assault rifle.
The 23rd Century Constitution bridge now has NPCs correctly sitting in chairs and the film grain effect has been added as a toggle option.
Updated descriptions on "Mark Package - Multiple Choice" boxes to reflect their correct contents.
23rd Century TOS security officers now have appropriate TOS themed weapons.

Systems:

Mines and Cluster Torpedoes now gain a [Dm/Dm] mod at Gold quality in place of the [Ac/Dm] mod found on other weapons.

Existing Gold quality Mines and Cluster Torpedoes will convert their [Ac/Dm] mod into the new [Dm/Dm] mod.

Threatening Stance now has a 3 second recharge time and a minor delay between activating the Toggle and being treated as "In Threatening Stance" by other abilities, such as the Strategist Specialization.

The increased threat generation and damage trigger will continue to apply immediately.

Resolved an issue where Singularity Overcharge would only fire from one Beam weapon at a time.

Character:

Resolved clipping issues at the wrist while wearing the Veteran Decorated Klingon bracer.
Replaced a duplicated Alien generated preset costume with a more unique costume.

Known Issues:

The TOS Gorn outfit does not unlock once completing the episode “Battle of Caleb IV”.
No level up audio or FX is playing for 23rd Century Captains.
