Ability CD reduction on cannon special attacks - what does that DOff do for the ship and would I want to have that, too?

Oh, the doff was a mistake, should be a second special beam reduction doff. Fixing that.
The ship has pilot and temporal seating. Rapid Decay is temporal, it's pretty awesome and the pilot ability is Pilot Team 2. The commander slot ensign ability is Distributed Targeting from the Undiscovered lockbox manuals. They didn't have an icon at the time. Adding it now.

I started with looking on Sovereign's build, took some nice things I already had on the U.S.S. DIRTY HARRIET and there I am.
My Phaser Build is experimenting with the
Undiscovered Lock Box ship console set and uses the ship's mastery trait.
NOT using the ship set consoles, plugging something known good (Vulnerability Locator, Tachykinetec Thingie, etc...) will hardly hurt, and will safe a fortune.
The NX Escort Refit is lots of fun, and Cecilia (self-proclaimed Cutest Captain Evar) now has the greatest smallest ship
