PC Patch Notes for 8/31/17
General
Resolved an issue where Frequency Remodulators could not always be equipped if the player’s device slots were full.
Removed a condition that prevented the damage of the Modulating Mines from scaling with time deployed.
Resolved an issue that would cause the Nausicaan Disruptor Beam Array’s proc tooltip to double up.
This is a tooltip change only.
The Delta Reputation trait "Rending Shots" tooltip will now show the proper amount of Critical Chance that it gives.
This is a tooltip change only.
Adjusted some power descriptions to refer to “Damage Resistance Rating” instead of “% Damage Resistance” for consistency.
