Dear mates,
with the colony comes a new feature: when a project is filled with provisions, you can contribute provisions to the COFFER (last button at the holding status menu) and you get your 3.3 FCs earned per provision, as if you contributed to an open holding projects.
Fleet Officers can feed those provisions from the coffer and SSG Fleet Captain Arden encountered that phenomenon.
The odd number of FCs/Provision keeps you from contributing less than 10 provisions, except when a project needs some few to get filled. This is a bit inconvinient - I keep the "change" (provisions I can not contribute) in the bank.
Have fun, and get your risa power board to the colony!
