I testes this! So at level 11 you get your first compliment of 20 DOFFs. You will need more than 20, about 120 DOFFs of any rarity. You will also need to buy about 26-30 Research DOFF missions, either from the Exchange or Lockboxes. Each Research says it has over 5,000 XP, but when it is complete, you will receive over 30,000 XP per research. The only problem with this, you cannot do any research missions until level 12 for some reason, I don't know why?
The other thing about research mission, they do not count as regular DOFF missions. So, if you do 15 Research, you can still do 20 regular and have 35 going on at once. So if there are any people who want to power level there characters, I hope this was helpful!?
