PC Patch Notes for 5/8/23
Event – Looming Threats:
This Featured Event will be a standalone event, separate from the Event Campaign. This new event will provide participating Captains with an epic reward: The Crystal Harmonics Space Set!
Captains can earn one daily progress per account per day by playing any of the following:
"Wish Upon a Star" (New episode)
Leviathan (New Space TFO)
Azure Nebula Rescue (Space TFO)
Days of Doom (Space TFO)
Vault: Ensnared (Space TFO)
New Patrols:
Jupiter Gauntlet (normal/hard)
Bringers of War (normal/hard)
Rewards:
Accruing a total of 40 points of Daily Progress will allow you to claim The Crystal Harmonics Space Set!
Bonus Rewards:
After claiming the Grand Prize, you will unlock the option of earning additional Dilithium Ore each day, beginning at 8,000 Dilithium Ore for the first day’s completion.
Zen Buyout Option:
For players interested in instantly completing the Looming Threats event, we will be offering an updated method for buying out.
Within the new Event UI, an option will be presented that allows you to purchase the remaining progress that you need, for a scaling amount of Zen.

Defend classic Starfleet locations from a myriad of threats, in two new Patrols: Bringer of War and Jupiter Gauntlet.

General:
Added various protections to various interactions with Energy Credits so that captains do not accidentally lose either currency when near their maximum capacity.
Captains will no longer be able to conduct trades that would cause a captain to exceed their Energy Credit limit.
Energy Credits and items gained on the exchange will now be mailed to captains to prevent any losses due to being near the energy credit limit.
Captains won’t be able to take Energy Credits from the mail if it would cause them to exceed their Energy Credit limit.
Resolved an issue where Starship Trait - Strike Group Command Authority so that it more consistently works for large pets.
Updated the requisition store description for the Yamato Dreadnought Cruiser [T6] to more accurately reflect the ship.
Added the ability to use the Universal - Supplemental Subsystems Console on Terran Sirius Command Dreadnought Cruiser [T6] and World Razer Temporal ops Juggernaut [T6] ships.
Added the ability to use the Universal - Molecular Cohesion Nullifier Console on Terran Sirius Command Dreadnought Cruiser [T6] ships.
Resolved an issue with the Universal - Chronogami Displacer Console where it wasn't properly scaling its damage with Exotic Particle Generator, Aux Power, or Universal Console abilities.
Known Issues:
The Gorn Hunter Pilot Raider causes a bright flash when warping out.
