U.S.S. CHRISTOPHERUS - NCC 910405

This time I did the step from a tough damage dealer to a voluntary Tank, with Weapon Signature Amplifiers equipped, and Attract Fire and Threatening Stance active in combat. I was cought by a show off and took a lesson, then I stole the teacher's notebook to build this ship:

The Ship

One important part of this tank is the Feedback Pulse 2, supported by the Plasma Generating Weapon Signature Amplifiers[EPG]. 2 Krenim Science BOffs and the [SciCdr] deflector are also very helpful.

The cat-shaped teacher flies a pure broadsider, I just did not have the single beam arrays (would have to dismantle another char's ship, actually). DOffs are also slightly different, as I could not get the Jem Hadar Agronaut at the Exchange. I went for 3pcs Iconian and a Dyson shield, sacrificing a strong team buff CD for "better" and permanent protection.

The Skill Tree is just me, here I did not change things. I am specialized in Pilot/Intel.

Nice ship Ed. How do you get your photos of your ship build? Do you splice them together in photoshop or something easier?

I use GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program) - maybe a slight overkill for the Load-Out/BOff/DOff pics, making things like the Skill Tree pics would be impossible without a power tool. GIMP is free, and great Smile

I now have new trophy for my bridge Smile

Running Hive Onslaught Advanced with friends is also not bad at all, and teaches a bit humility Wink

Build Variant:

On her first ISA solo the USS CHRISTOPHERUS failed to prevent the Nanite Spheres from healing. I prepared a modified set up for the next solo run:

Replace Enhanced Feedback Pulse (Trait) and Feedback Pulse-2 (Ability) by Attack Pattern Delta Prime (Trait) to make up for lost FBP damage and Gravity Well-1 (Ability) to have crowd control on board.

When I looked into my chars, I found that Piper, my primary char, had his entire BOff crew equipped in Mk XII very rare (or... Blush

"plain purple") reputation sets. And, maybe, I want an alternative to the Romulan Imp Navy set... With 3000+ Omega Marks in the pocket, farming Borg

Borg Neural Processers for a MACO and an Omega set was compelling and an ISA in the morning never hurts.

It's a good day to disassemble some Borg!

I learned to never insult team mates. In this group, the "weakest link" did the gravity wells which saved the Nanite Spheres optional objective
