General:
Resolved an issue where 23rd Century captains still had access to the Winter Map.
All 23rd Century captains will be automatically moved off of this map upon log in.
Known Issues:
Some maps with reflections from windows may have visual issues.
KDF Captains cannot wear some of the winter scarves.
