General:
Kobayashi Maru Rewards:
Resolved an issue where the Prolonged Engagement Weaponry would not unlock for characters on an account where one character had completed the project to unlock the weapons.
Newly Acquired versions of the Prolonged Engagement Weaponry will come at Ultra-Rare, instead of Very Rare.
Existing versions will not be altered; however, when put in the Upgrade System they will convert to Ultra Rare automatically.
The Prolonged Engagement Weapons now have 4 innate Damage modifiers, instead of 2.
This change will affect existing weapons.
Set both Prolonged Engagement weapons to character bound as intended.
