Yes. I am unable to go full screen. What happens is it will go to about 25% of the screen and I am unable to move it. So I must click inbetween the - and +. Then resize to what you see here.

By the way, I moved a slider all the way to the right. And the game looked awesome for a split second and then crashed. I play on minimum to medium... graphics wise.

Did you check the in-game settings.
You should have an option of fullsize or windowed?
