Contact a Fleet Captain or higher rank, you tell them how many tickets you would like. They will provide a project that requires dilithium (Starbase, Mine, etc..) and will let you know when to deposit and where, at that point you donate the 5k per ticket into the project.

Next, you will select an available number in the raffle chart above. I would recommend reviewing the chart prior for availability to make sure your lucky number isn't taken!

At the live drawing there are also random raffle prizes that you can see in the Fleet Bank that we raffle off to those who attend the drawing. Things like lockbox consoles, mirror ship boxes, contraband...and more!

On Saturdat 7/19/14 The lotto was held. We had 1 Klingon, and about half a dozen Federation members online.
We gave away a small set of door prizes due to the disappointing turn out, but of course, this means everyone who showed up had a shot at winning something, and the next drawing has a number of items available for door prizes.

The number drawn was 76! This means @alysvanya wins, thanks to Ronald D. Greybast has won. With 7 tickets purchased in their name, it is true, the diceroll has spoken.

Congrats Rika
