PC Patch Notes for 5/25/21





 

Event - Only Qo’noS Endures: 


This Featured Event will be a standalone event, separate from the Event Campaign. This new event will provide participating Captains with an epic reward: The four-piece Imperial Assault Ground Set. 

Captains can earn daily progress per account per day by playing several of the thematically appropriate challenges: 

New Episode: Warriors of the Empire (2 Points) 
New Episode: A Day Long Remembered (2 Points) 
Episode: Leap of Faith (2 Points) 
New TFO: Remain Klingon (2 Points) 
TFO: To Hell With Honor (2 Points) 
TFO: Best Served Cold (2 Points) 
Patrols: Klingon Civil War (Any) (1 Point) 




Rewards:  

Accruing a total of 40 points of Daily Progress will allow you to claim the four-piece Imperial Assault Ground Set. 
Bonus Rewards: 

After claiming the Grand Prize, you will unlock the option of earning additional Dilithium Ore each day, beginning at 8,000 Dilithium Ore for the first day’s completion.  


Zen Buyout Option:  

For players interested in instantly completing the Only Qo’noS Endures event, we will be offering an updated method for buying out. 

Within the new Event UI, an option will be presented that allows you to purchase the remaining progress that you need, for a scaling amount of Zen.

New Episodes:  


Two new episodes have been included in the Only Qo’noS Endures Event. 
Discover "Warriors of the Empire" and "A Day Long Remembered” being featured in the Mission Journal as well as being included as part of the event!  


 

New Task Force Operation: 


Participate in the final space battle of the Klingon Civil War, in the new Task Force Operation, “Remain Klingon”. 

We recommend that you complete the episode “A Day Long Remembered” before attempting “Remain Klingon”.

New Bridge for KDF Captains:  


As part of the next update to Star Trek Online, KDF aligned Captains on PC will gain access to a brand new ship interior - for free! 
This new bridge, originally shown in the reworked Klingon tutorial, will replace the default Klingon Bridge.

General:  


Resolved an issue that was preventing progression during the mission, “The Hunt is on”, when attempting to proceed to the back rooms.  
Resolved an issue that would sometimes prevent completion of the mission, “Downfall”, if the Lukara was defeated too quickly.  
Resolved an issue that was preventing the Temporal Battle Cruiser T6 - Paladin Class from using the Photonic Beacon Universal Console. 
Updated various environment pieces on Imaga Planet Surface during the mission, “The Doomsday Device”. 
Updated various environment pieces on Qo’noS to address missing and misaligned walls.  
Resolved a typo in the description text for Orion Cutpurse Fighters, where it was calling out Tellerite Fighters. 

This is a text update only.   


Split the "Warzone" mission group and moved "Mars, the Bringer of War" and "Alpha" to the re-formed "Vigilance" mission group. 

"Warzone" now covers the internal house-vs.-house conflicts, while "Vigilance" covers the conflicts outside of the Empire.
