He sat in the infusion chair, the cool liquid containing his creations shimmering in a vial beside him. "For the betterment of all," he whispered, a mantra against his own fear. He injected the serum into his arm.

For a moment, there was nothing. Then, a cold fire spread through his veins. It wasn't pain, not at first. It was a feeling of disassembly. His cells were being cataloged, analyzed, and rewritten. He watched in horror as his skin took on a grey, mottled sheen. Fine silver filaments, like metallic capillaries, began to weave themselves across his body. His vision flickered, overlaying the world with a cascade of glowing green data streams. He could see the Wi-Fi signals in the lab, the electrical current in the walls, the bio-signatures of the lab rats in their cages.

The nanobyes had cured him. There was not a single flawed cell, not a single bacterium left in his body. In doing so, they had perfected him right out of his humanity. They had networked his flesh and blood, turning him into a living, breathing node in a hive mind of his own making.

Dr. Matthew Thomas King died in that chair. In his place rose something new. He stood, his movements unnervingly smooth and precise. Each time I buy this pack, I get to choose any three items?

Yes! Even if you only purchase it once, the Mudd's Cruiserweight Choice Pack allows you to choose any three of the above ships, upgrades and more. You can choose multiples of the same item, as long as its not a ship.

Are the ships bound to the character that buys them?

Nope! The ships are account unlocks, like everything in the Zen Store. Once you purchase the bundle and choose any of the ships, you unlock that ship for all your characters, immediately, and all future characters.

Can I claim a second ship of the same type?

Also no. Because the ships are unlocked for your entire account, you only need to choose each ship once. Therefore, should you purchase a bundle and choose the Jem'Hadar Light Battlecruiser and two non-ship items, if you purchase a second bundle, you won’t be able to choose the Jem'Hadar Light Battlecruiser again.

But I can choose the non-ship items again?

You sure can. You can choose anything that's not a ship up to three times each, per purchase of the bundle.

Each time I buy this pack, I get to choose any three items?

Yes! Even if you only purchase it once, the Mudd's Cruiserweight Choice Pack allows you to choose any three of the above ships, upgrades and more. You can choose multiples of the same item, as long as its not a ship.

Are the ships bound to the character that buys them?

Nope! The ships are account unlocks, like everything in the Zen Store. Once you purchase the bundle and choose any of the ships, you unlock that ship for all your characters, immediately, and all future characters.

Can I claim a second ship of the same type?

Also no. Because the ships are unlocked for your entire account, you only need to choose each ship once. Therefore, should you purchase a bundle and choose the Jem'Hadar Light Battlecruiser and two non-ship items, if you purchase a second bundle, you won’t be able to choose the Jem'Hadar Light Battlecruiser again.

But I can choose the non-ship items again?

You sure can. You can choose anything that's not a ship up to three times each, per purchase of the bundle.

Even within the same purchase?

That’s right. If you only want Upgrades, you can purchase this bundle once, choose the Upgrades three times, and get 30 Upgrades. It’s up to you!

Event Campaign – Part IV:  



No Win Scenario Event:  


This Featured Event is the fourth of a series of upcoming Events that will participate in the latest multi-event system known as an Event Campaign.  
This Event will include multiple TFOs previously featured individually in a combined Featured Event that will allow players to choose their preferred test each day. 

The event versions of “Kobayashi Maru” and “Arena of Sompek” can be accessed via the new Event UI, accessible within your Mission Journal by pressing on the “Events” Tab. 


Participating in this Event will give all players the opportunity to win the Protostar Experimental Technologies Space Set for their entire account! 


Rewards:  

Players will be able to earn their Daily Progress once every 20 hours.  
Accruing a total of 14 days’ worth of Daily Progress will allow you to  claim all of these rewards: 

Protostar Experimental Technologies Space Set 

Protostar Multiplicative Covariant Shield 
Protostar Omni-Beam Phaser 
Protostar Dual Warp Core/Dual Singularity Core 


25,000 Dilithium Ore (once only). 
3x Featured TFO Reward Boxes (once only). 

Each gives a choice of 1x Specialization Point or an Enhanced Universal Tech Upgrade. 




Bonus Rewards: 

After claiming the Grand Prize, you will unlock the option of earning additional Dilithium Ore each day, beginning at 8,000 Dilithium Ore for the first day’s completion, and increasing for subsequent days. 


Zen Buyout Option:  

For players interested in instantly completing the No Win Scenario Event, we will be offering the option to purchase the remaining progress of this event at a scaling amount of Zen, as with other recent events. 


A Second Chance:  

Progress after the Event has ended will remain in an all new Second Chance interface, allowing the option to buyout rewards long after the Event has expired.

Resolved an issue that allowed some captains to accidently hit their Energy Credit limit when claiming Energy Credits from their mail. 
Resolved an issue that prevented the “Shorts – Terran 2” from being properly unlocked with the Mirror Universe Bundle. 
Resolved an issue that caused the Undine Cheirax Warship [T6] to not commission with all of the items that were intended for captains below level 10. 
Resolved an issues that caused the Terran Empire Agony Phaser Weapons box to not grant the correct items to Captains at level 50. 
Added the ability to equip the Console – Universal – Nadion Saturation Bomb onto the Cyclone Intel Escort [T6] Ship. 
Resolved an issue that caused the Advanced Inhibiting Polaron Heavy Turret to use the wrong FX when firing. 


 

Known Issues: 


Currently when the Protostar Multiplicative Covariant Shield Array is equipped, it will display “No Shields” for Shield Regeneration Rate in the Stats tab of the status window.  The shields are granting shield regeneration rate but it is not being displayed in this window.

Pitched as “wagon train to the stars", and brought to TV by the force of Lucille Ball’s will, Gene Roddenberry’s Star Trek hit tiny television screens around the world and immediately captured hearts and minds. Through three seasons, and decades in syndication, The Original Series started a movement that still lasts today, more than half a century later. We live in a time where there’s more new Star Trek than ever before, and we’re looking forward to celebrating the franchise’s birthday soon with the rest of our Star Trek Family.

From August 10th at 8am PT until August 24th at 12pm PT, on all platforms, there will be a special Starfleet Museum in orbit above Deep Space Nine and Earth Space Dock. The museum contains the starring ships from Star Trek movies, television, and more. Hailing each ship will give you words from their crew, and both in universe and behind the scenes facts about the ship and show. Hailing all ten of the ships will grant you a special title: Historical Documents Expert.
