The build, revised, is now at the STO Academy.
With 8 Respec Tokens ready I changed the Catriona's Skills from the old to new, ported approach to the tree suggested by the DPS-Metal-Guys for Romulans.
The ship feeling changed from "not really tough" to "not really squishy", and DPS, slightly above 60K dps after the revamp (already great, but put to 2nd place by Piper) heads towards 70K (among my Tacs 1st place again):
