This solution is effective and rather cheap - suitable for Chars Level 30+

  1. Pick 4 any (any) Bridge Officers for your away team.
  2. Train them by 4 Specialisation Manuals as Temporal Operatives.
  3. Teach them by 4 Training Manuals Paradox Bomb-3.
  4. Select Temporal Operative as active specialisation and select Skills.
  5. DONE!
