Star Trek Online: Release Notes: May 26th 2016

General:


Resolved an issue which occasionally caused players to crash in the New Khitomer System map.
Resolved a crash which would occasionally occur in System Maps.


Systems:


Unstable Anomalies Starship Trait:

Unstable Anomalies' AoE damage will now trigger from the Anomaly's center point.
Unstable Anomalies' AoE damage now correctly ignores the targets' shields.


The Temporal Rift Stabilizer universal console now constantly applies its turn rate buff.
Resolved an issue that prevented Elite Mir Fighters from firing their Transphasic Torpedoes. 
Resolved an issue that was causing Borg Tractor Beams to be unresistable, and unaffected by immunities to Tractors. 


Known Issues:


The Assignments to recruit Romulan Bridge officers do not appear
Selecting “Ready Starship” in the ship selector is not moving slotted items over to the ship for some players.
