My madness tells me: 10 Boxen cost 40k Dil - 4000 Dil/Box.
An account bound  phoenix upgrade from the Uncommon Prize is equivalent to 4 Superior Upgrades, 4300 Dilithium worth.
If I turn every high-rarity prize in for lower rarity prizes, I get back more Dil than I paid, pre-invested in upgrades
