Thank you for sharing! I would recommend switching up you beam and torpedo powers between your Boff's. So Fire at Will and on the other Tact Boff and Spread on the one that had Fire at Will, will shorten the cooldown for the two weapon types... Looks like a monster..nice build!!

i think i might be able to make a similar build with my tactical do you think this will work similar with anti proton beams and dyson torpedo or would i need the neutronic from delta reputation? still this will take a while since right now i can log in the game since there is a lot of internet problems here in my country so i am unable to log in the game and i am also working on my federation scientist toon right now

Im curious how it turns out for you. Im not convinced the neutronic is "the bomb" yet... but I wouldnt know.
