On stardate 92072.55 whilst at a very important meeting with Starfleet Command a.k.a. 'playing golf' and after leaving his Risa dance event duties in his wifes care it came to Admiral Rakals attention that Fleet Admiral ver'quanens wife was dancing with someone else, through quick thinking and diligence Admiral Rakal was able to obtain evidence to substantiate this.
