The Project takes 20 Hours to complete. I recommend purchase of some catalysts (up to TWO) for increased chance at an ULTRA rare. I am 100% very rare as-is.

I am willing to rush the 20 hours with a dilithium dump (cost is 18,000 Dil); but you have to trade something worth 18k dil. I do not mind the 20 hours if you don't!

These stats apply to all of the Omni-ANY damage type weapons.
