How much EC shall one ask for Dilithium (spent in a R&D project, for example)?

Just as a heads up - Sometimes people miss this too, but Grinding and converting DIL is time consuming, and there is a daily refinement cap. But, there is no cap on Contraband.

Because 5 contraband can be 2000 unrefined Dil, you may make out simply selling your contraband vs. converting it to Dil.
Formula:
((market Value of 1 contraband)*5)/2000 = EC equivalent if converted to Dil then EC.
The number above is often very close... so check it before converting to Dil. You might be suprised to find selling it on EXCHANGE is better.

Also, once in a blue moon, Fleet Ship Modules is a better Dil to EC conversion (but rarely).
