Thank you for your replys, I play non romulan fed tactical character, and since I am most fammiliar with cruisers I would like it to be cruiser there... first step done so is there any t-5, fleet or t6 non romulan cruiser that is known to be better then other for PvE (not including loby or reward boxes ships). My focus for now will be PvE becouse my resources atm are limited.
