A great ship load out (Beamish Escort - *hug*) and a tac captain skilling that I must try, once I get away from my tanky tac tea sipper approach...

Tactical Team-2 is an unusual pick - what is the Ensign ability at the Commander seat? Rapid Decay - even the name is tempting, I must read on that! Attack Pattern Lanba (?) must read too^^

Ability CD reduction on cannon special attacks - what does that DOff do for the ship and would I want to have that, too?
