PC Patch Notes

Event Campaign – Part II:

This Featured Event will be the second of a series of upcoming Events that will participate in the second installment of our multi-event system known as an Event Campaign.

The Defense of Pahvo:

Two existing activities will be participating in this Event:

Pahvo Dissension – Ground Task Force Operation
Peril Over Pahvo – Space Task Force Operation

Each completion will reward a Choice of All Marks (replacing the usual Mark rewards)
Both TFOs have had their Cooldown Timers temporarily disabled
Both TFOs have been temporarily removed from Random TFO eligibility
This event version of both TFOs can be accessed via the new Event UI, accessible within your Mission Journal by pressing on the “Events” Tab.

Rewards:

Players will be able to earn their Daily Progress once every 20 hours.

Either of the above TFOs may be played as much as you like each day.

Accruing a total of 14 days’ worth of Daily Progress will allow you to  claim all of these rewards:

Universal Kit Module – KIDD Drones (and Account-Wide Unlock for Reclaim).
25,000 Dilithium Ore (once only).
3x Featured TFO Reward Boxes (once only).

Bonus Rewards:

After claiming the Grand Prize, you will unlock the option of earning additional Dilithium Ore each day, beginning at 8,000 Dilithium Ore for the first day’s completion, and increasing for subsequent days.

Zen Buyout Option:

For players interested in instantly completing the Battle at the Binary Stars FTFO event, we will be offering the option to purchase the remaining progress of this event at a scaling amount of Zen, as with other recent events.

A Second Chance:

Progress after the Event has ended will remain in an all new Second Chance interface, allowing the option to buyout rewards long after the Event has expired.

General:

Resolved an issue that would sometimes cause Personal Endeavors to re-sort.
Resolved a display issue, causing the "Battle at Binary Stars" TFO to reflect Event-related information, when it should not.
Resolved an issue that caused Paradox Bomb to apply the Agony Modular trait twice to its target.
The Experimental Environmental Suits now have the ability to enable or disable their visuals when the EV suit isn’t active, like other Environmental Suits

Console Patch Notes

Event Campaign – Part II:

This Featured Event will be the first of a series of upcoming Events that will participate in the second installment of our multi-event system known as an Event Campaign.
Event Campaign – Part II updates:

Event Campaign II will span a total of FOUR separate Featured Events, spanning the majority of the upcoming year of Xbox One and Playstation 4 releases.

As a result of this increase in length, the requirements for receiving the Campaign Grand Prize have been increased from 2,100 Progress to 2,800 Progress.

The Grand Prize for Event Campaign II will offer players a choice as to what they receive, between the two following options:

Option 1: Z-Store Coupon for 100% Off a single Tier-6 Starship plus 200 Lobi Crystals
Option 2: 1,000 Lobi Crystals

This choice is only made once per Account, upon claiming the prize.

Players may earn 50 Event Campaign Progress for each day they participate in an eligible event.
Buying out an eligible event will include up to 700 Event Campaign Progress.

Event:

The Defense of Pahvo:

Two existing activities will be participating in this Event:

Pahvo Dissension – Ground Task Force Operation

Team up with 4 other Captains to deal with the aftermath of the events that have occurred on Pahvo.
Help the planet purify the crystals that have been corrupted by Terran agonizers.

Peril Over Pahvo – Space Task Force Operation

It is up to you and 4 other Captains to defend Pahvos System from Attack.
Temporally and dimensionally displaced fleets are closing in as Alliance forces scramble to implement planetary defense systems to safeguard the planet.

Each completion will reward a Choice of All Marks (replacing the usual Mark rewards)
Both TFOs have had their Cooldown Timers temporarily disabled
Both TFOs have been temporarily removed from Random TFO eligibility

This event will last for 3 weeks and Captains can earn an all new reward!

Each gives a choice of 1x Specialization Point or an Enhanced Universal Tech Upgrade.

Bonus Rewards:

After claiming the Grand Prize, you will unlock the option of earning additional Dilithium Ore each day, beginning at 8,000 Dilithium Ore for the first day’s completion.
Earning Bonus Progress each day thereafter will increase this reward by an additional 1,000, and we have increased the cap on how high this value may scale to a value that is unreachable during this Event (thus effectively unlimited!).
All Bonus Progress Rewards are rewarded a maximum of once per day, per account, and are immediately and automatically granted to the active character when the requirement is met.

Zen Buyout Option:

For players interested in instantly completing the Battle at the Binary Stars FTFO event, we will be offering an updated method for buying out.

Within the new Event UI, an option will be presented that allows you to purchase the remaining progress that you need, for a scaling amount of Zen.

A Second Chance:

Progress after the Event has ended will remain in an all new Second Chance interface, allowing the option to buyout rewards long after the Event has expired.

Universal Kit Module – KIDD Drones:

Completion of this Event will grant you this one-of-a-kind Kit Module.

This marks the first time an Lit Module has offered a passive benefit while equipped in addition to its activated ability.

Passive Mode:

This module has a Passive mode which will cause a Master KIDD Drone to be replicated and follow you in combat.
While in this power-saving mode, the KIDDs will occasionally assist their owner in combat, but their capabilities are limited until the owner activates Separation Mode.

Activated Mode:

Once activated, the KIDD Drone will separate into three sub-units, becoming a multi-system combat unit that can damage and debilitate foes for a brief period of time.

Central KIDD:

Bolt Attack (Phaser Damage)
Full Auto Sweep (AOE Phaser Damage)

Left KIDD:

Deploy Mine (Kinetic Damage)
Reinforce Shields (Shield Heal, Harden)

Right KIDD:

Tachyon Harmonics (Shield Drain, Knockback)
Diagnostic Scan (Heal, Damage Resist)

Veteran players that have participated in previous Featured TFOs may still be in possession of multiple “Featured TFO Commendation” items, which are no longer used in the new Event System.
Players that still have these will be able to turn them in for Daily Progress and Event Campaign Progress.

Each upcoming eligible event will have an option to Apply Legacy Progress to the requirements present.
