PC Patch Notes for 8/22/23



General:  


Remastered a number of environmental objects relating to Borg missions with updated models and materials.
Reworked the Quantum Maelstrom Torpedo with the following changes:

Restored the damage and increased the recharge time.
The extra damage requires battleships to lose shields and bosses to be below half health.

Resolved an issue that prevented the Presequenced Frequency Randomizer from automatically appearing in the powers tray when equipped.
Resolved an issue that would cause Bridge Officer station selection UI to be missing after playing the Temporal Ambassador mission.
Resolved an issue with the Console - Universal - Power Transfer Emitters that prevented the console from affecting more than one foe.
Resolved an issue with Lorca's Ambition 3pc Set bonus power Torpedo to now properly apply the Dark Matter Dissolution dot.
Resolved an issue that allowed the Dance Coordinator on Nimbus III to be killed.
