The Strike Group fleets live and thrive on the efforts of its fleetmates: your time, dedication and involvement in the game and in our fleets make us what we are (and we are amazing!)
The Fleet Admirals, however, wanted to take this opportunity to recognize the exceptional efforts and dedication of Darkthorne, whose hard work, ideas, enthusiasm and esprit de corps helped make STLV the rousing success that it was.
We are therefore delighted to be able to promote Darkthorne to the rank of Admiral, as a token of our esteem for all that he has done for our fleets.
We are honored and humbled to know we have such people as members.
Congratulations, Admiral Darkthorne!
Sincerely,
Fleet Admirals Ver, Mom, Ed and Beardy

Hey Guys,
I'm really sorry for not have been active for the 1½ months.
But my somewhat old laptop is KAPUT, cant hardly run anything nowadays..

Due to working odd hours and private issues (Some of you know)..

Here is my Spec..

So, I noticed that the default color scheme for the vanguard uniform doesn't really match up with Dukan'rex and the vanguard environmental suit, though it is close. So I played around with it, and here's what I've got so far. Feel free to post if you think another color matches better. Also, the tricorder is what I can match from when you scan.
Upper (Tactical): I22, J21, C23, G3
Hands (Tactical): I22, J21
Wrist (Tactical, both): J21
Badge (Dominion Center Badge): I21, I20
Arm Attach (Tactical, optional): I22, C22
Arm Attach (Tricorder, optional): J4, J1, A4, A1
Chest Gear (Tactical, to match environment suit): I22, C22, G3
Collar (Neck Tube 3): P14, I9
Feet (Tactical): J21, J21, J21
Lower (Tactical): I22, G3
Upper (Tactical): I22, J21, C23, G3

When the Founders sent you to battle, they have been so wise and equipped you fit for the task. Explore Alpha and Beta Quadrant to learn more about Jem'Hadar history and to get Equipment also add the Delta Quadrant to your Campaign for Victory.
When it came to faction choice I picked the Klingon Empire as my new home. A warrior I am and warriors they are. During the Gamma Quadrant missions I also learned that we might have common history.
Teach your Bridge Officers for Victory
Your Jem'Hadar BOffs come with many Specialisations, so they are fit for many ships. For ground I made manuals (also ask fleet mates, look into fleet bank!), and set up those specializations and skills:
Tac #1 - Command
Draw Fire-1, Target Optics-1, Battle Strategies-3, Strategic Analysis-3
Tac #2 - Command (Installation 4028, or Dukan'Rex Hologram)
Shock and Awe-1, Target Optics-1, Hammer and Anvil-3, Return Fire-3
Science - Temporal Agent
Cold Fusion Flash-1, Medical Tricorder-2, Vascular Regenerator-2, Paradox Bomb-3
Engineering - Miracle Worker
Throw Regenerative Nanite Canister-1, Shield Recharge-2, Chroniton Mine Barrier-3, Turret Fabrication-3
Story Arcs
When you completed the Gamma Quadrant story missions, the story arcs for other quadrants unlocked. I had grown 3 Delta Recruits recently, so I decided pragmatically and focused on Missions with special rewards.
For historical study, I will do the Cardassian Struggle entirely. The missions have been at least partly refreshed to fit better into the new Expansion. And you can meet your most favorite Vortas' younger clones there. No, they do not give Autographs.
Otherwise I played all opening mission where needed, played those I wanted for equipment and skipped those I knew too well for now from playing my Deltas.
The Yesterday War
These missions need to be played, as they block access to later stories.
Delta Quadrant
Kobali Front and Kobali Crisis Act I are needed to unlock the Iconian story arc. I did Act I, and stayed. I skipped the space mission, did Act II, skipped another space mission and completed Act III. This gave me 2 upgrade boosters, Delta and Iconian elite tokens and I have the best ground farming missions for Delta and Iconian reputation stuff in my replay bag. There was also a very rare Duty Officer.
Equipment from Missions
Spectres
* Skirmish - the Sub Space Modulator is a great device I want on any ship.
Vigilance
* Temporal Ambassador - for an Admiralty ship.
Wasteland
* A Fistful of Gorn - very rare Duty Officer. Replay for more great Duty Officers. Replay Again. Repeat.
* Installation 28 - Nimbus Pirate Distress Call - work from Inventory!
Cardassian Struggle
* Second Wave - to get Jem'Hadar set automatic riles for those BOffs that got only pistols. See a prominent Vorta on screen.
* Installation 4028 - get a tactical Jem'Hadar Bridge Officer that is as good as your #1, teach him Specialization. And see a prominent Vorta.
* They Boldy Rode - If you want Dominion Polaron Weapons as a matter of taste
Solanae Dyson Sphere
* Circles in Circles - to unlock great Battle Zones and options
Delta Quadrant
* All that Glitters - for an epic Duty Officer
* Kobali Front
* Kobali Crisis Act I - unlock Iconian arc, RP Upgrade booster
* Kobali Crisis Act II - TP Upgrade booster
* Kobali Crisis Act III - Elite Reputation marks, daily marks farming opportunity
Iconian War
* Delta Flight - Polaric Module & more
* House Pegh - Personal Traits, Starship Trait & more
* Time in a Bottle - Very Rare Duty Officer
* Broken Circle - Beacon for Delta Alliance Reinforcements, Reactive Armor Catalysts & Recipe (Engineering-5)
* Butterfly - Temporal Disentanglement Suite
Future Proof
Here is no skipping except for Sun Rise. There are many opportunities, I focus on my favorite loot, Jem'Hadar-wise
* Time and Tide - Polaron Space Weapon Set
* Ragnarok - Trelium K console, a tough mission, great ending cut scene
New Frontiers
Survivor - An exceptional ground set, combine with a Plasma Widebeam Rifle (by white Mk-1 at the Dyson HQ, apply 1 Omega Upgrade, then Phoenix Upgrades)
Polaron stuff from Reputations
I have to explore them stuff during the next weeks!
* Delta Aliance
* Lukari Restoration Initiative
* Gamma Defense Initiative

Sup fleeties,
Made a Jem dude, named after my main man Bruce Lee. Used his real name just to see who figures it out...
Party on! Just hit 100K FC and hit 20 hours on my tune. I now have TONs of those hard to get provisions to give

There have been a lot of comments/ complaints about the effort in grinding 8k dil per day, so here are some down and dirty ways to do it and still have fun.
Farming:
If you have completed a reputation, do the hourly reputation event. You can trade 15 marks, 7500 EC, and 1000 expertise. This gets you 340 dil, and has a one hour cool down. It also gets you the occasional elite mark and alway a toy that you can trade for 7500 on average. Definite win-win.
Obviously, there's contraband. 2K/every 20 hours.
Admiralty, of course, once you get there. A few clicks and you're there. (Only select the dil missions if that's what you need.)
DOFF missions - again, the clicky clicky fast way to dil.
If you're sitting on elite marks, you can burn them for dil: though fast, you do lose value.
Grinding:
VIP dil claims if you have them
New Romulus - now there is almost no cool down, so FAST. Team and enjoy.
Romulus Space Run - again, fast with a team, short cool down, and a great with a team. Make sure you're gear is up to snuff or it takes longer.
Nukara - boring, but repeatable
Numbus - fun, but 20 hour cool down.
Academy - very fast! Make sure you have the "Path to 2409" bookmarked to speed through the questions.
Defera ground - get a team for the hards - 15 minutes for all four missions, decent dil, some loot, and elite marks.
What's your favorite farm/dil? Post it here!

The build works similarly on other ships, if you want more sci punch or maneuverability, but I think the miracle worker is the most tanky and highest damage of them all. All power is routed to shields and aux. https://skillplanner.stoacademy.com/0dc6...41535d4262
