Poor Geordi

Hello everybody.

After much difficulty, I was finally able to register on this site. If you hear about someone having difficulty registering, you can send new members to me as I have figured out a few things.

I grew up and currently live in Los Angeles. As a child, I watched the original series, and as a young adult, I viewed Next Generation. After a few decades of not watching much trek, I gave myself the challenge to go through the episodes in in-universe order by following the Star Trek Chronology Project. https://thestartrekchronologyproject.blogspot.com.

As a result of wanting to experience Star Trek in another light, I began playing "Star Trek Online" in the summer of 2019. I am using a 2019 iMac which I reboot in Windows. I can not find anyone else who is using their Mac to play STO.

My best advice for players new and experienced is to take some time to enjoy the scenery that the developers have created. In other words, take time to smell the roses. They can be pretty beautiful or a least dramatic. 

I am currently playing a federation science toon using the Eternal Temporal ship. I do not have much experience playing the other professions or factions.

I also enjoy walking with my wife, traveling and I occasionally practice meditation.

Is anyone here a master with getting species to look right when making an alien?
I want to make a KDF Ferengi but can't get my alien to look close enough.

I'd be happy if it looked like a Ferengi/ Klingon mutt even.
I just want to pursue Profit for the Empire

Turns out I registered here on site a year ago when I started playing with all of you wonderful and crazy people.

Hi Im VonMarcus.
Oddball player with toon many/not enough toons (haven't decided yet.)
I don't chase DPS or things like that.
Most of my so called "Complete" ship builds ignore properly setting up active doffs and optimal bridge officer training and such.

On a non-game note...
I would like to apologize in advance for any unexpected flakeyness on my part in game or fleet things.
My list of health issues including several heart and neurochemical imbalances, from time to time have me "falling off the grid".
Again I apologize in advance for any complications this may incur. 

Also I can't wait to poke around and learn the site.

Is there a um "fiction" or "RP" section for those of use looking to write or RP with some of their toons?

The colony is almost finished. We need your dilithium to do it. We have a ship to give away.

We propose an honorable raffle.

When you donate 21,000 dilithium toward the KSG colony upgrade project, you will receive ONE raffle ticket. To give more fleet members a chance, there is a limit of 5 tickets per account! When all 100 are gone, we'll have a raffle.

The WINNER will receive their choice of any Infinity T6 ship or any Lobi ship. Once you decide on the ship, Fleet Admiral Mom will purchase it and present it to you.

Contest is open to all members of the Klingon Strike Group or Order of the Batleth.
