U.S.S. Scylla

She's a beast, 50k hull & 12k shields on an escort is frickin' awesome, the tac consoles means the the cannons pack helluva punch (the tempest cannon kicks out 770 dps which is a nice parting gift as you fly away from your already decimated target!) and with the nadion bomb, point defence and spatial charge launchers she can really pour on the naughty stuff.

Boffwise she's set for survivability but if you've got any suggestions on which way to go I'd love to hear them.

tell me if the link works, the Avenger build i made is mostly for critical chance, in general i get like 6800 dps but it can do more depending on how its played, in bursts it has got 11k dps, depends also on the PVE since in some i get 8k dps in general, i am gonna get some extra consoles and change it a bit more, i hope this helps people in the fleet that needs more dps, its hard to get it to do more dps since you need more tactical boff and its buffs but i think there is room for impovement here, lets share opinions in this and improve our ship even more, night fleet

what's your opinion about the "Enhanced Neutronium Alloy" consolse from DiliMine? Which modifier would you suggest?

+PowTrans -- any experiences?

+Turn -- I think, I ll skip +Turn - RCS-Console gives more.

+HullHp / +HullRep - which is better? HullRep doesn't help, if you don't survice a full broadside, other thoughts?

Just switched to Rom Plasma weapons and will probably switch the rear Chroniton out for a Undine when I run that rep. As a cruiser I can still do some good DPS and great survivability as well as turn rate. There is definite potential with this ship, throw some ideas at me, would like some input.

Main points:


Neglected the ship until recently I have started to upgrade to mostly fleet/rep gear. Have LOTS of skill points still to apply, advice in this area in particular would be great as I dont want to waste zen respeccing



Am shortly getting the Scimitar pack, so this will be a secondary ship but would still like to optimize it as I like its mobility in combat.



The Romulan torp is a recent addition and I moved the Omega torp to the back. Not sure If I may be better with a fleet torp on front as the 2 torp spread 3 I have on my boffs was very effective with other torps but is wasted with the Romulan
