so i stole this from STO Reddit, but given i just ran BHE and was obliterating everything, i thought i would share

    Zefram Cochrane shotgun
Counter-Command armor (boosts shotgun dmg by 30%)
Counter-Command weapon (5% bonus critH when used with C-C armor)
Shattering Harmonics Personal Shield Matrix (chance to boost shotgun dmg by another 15%)
Biotech siphon kit power (causes shotgun to heal for half of outgoing damage when active, assuming you're Tac)
This is 10 mil on Exchange so i didn't bother Deadly Intent seems to be the alternative for tac
Berserker trait (5% bonus damage for every enemy within 5m of you, up to 4 enemies for 20% bonus dmg)
500k ish on exchange
Gambling Device (10% bonus critH/critD) 2.2 mil on exchange, well worth it
Delta kit with critH (4.4% bonus) I'm using the Fleet spire one

Also the Peak Health trait and Fluidic Antigens ( reward from Surface Tension )

Get all this and you will be a happy "bug killin'" bunny
Hey everyone.

With the summer event now in full swing I just wanted to share some info and few tips that may help you along. If you have anything further to add please reply below Smile

I'm going to focus on the main reward of the free ships and the two best events for acquiring lohlunat favors (the main event currency for buying outfits, floaters, powerboards and other good stuff) - The dance party and the horga'hn hunt.

Claiming the Risian Corvette/Cruiser

Unlock the ship acquisition missions through speaking to the event co-ordinator on the boardwalk. Access the missions through the reputation tab on your character status and clicking 'Events'
For the first time claiming a ship on an account it takes a total of 1000 lohlunat pearls which can be acquired with a reward of 40 pearls once per 20 hrs by completing the 'flying high' mission from the event co-ordinator on the boardwalk.
To pass the mission you need to complete 3 different 'floater' tracks around the island by flying through the gates within 10 minutes. Any type of floater, even a rental for 1000 ec will work fine
Only pay 1000 pearls for each ship once on each account. Once you have paid this 'full price' for a ship, any other toons you have can buy that ship for just 40 pearls.
Even if you don't want to use the ships on one of your toons, remember they are a decent spec so they offer plenty of storage as an alternative to buying more bank space. (That is of course if you have a spare ship slot!)

Dance Party:

Starts hourly at the turn of the hour, at the raised dance floor in the centre of the resort.
Rewards up to a maximum of 50 lohlunat favors for completing 38 dance moves
The easiest way to earn favors when you first land on Risa - no floater needed.
When told to 'just dance' it means to dance (mix)
Top tip - Pin your emotes list to the screen using the 'pin' button in the top right of the list when accessed via your chat options. Now there is no need to type in emote instructions!

Horga'hn Hunt

Can be done with or without a floater, but FAR easier with one
Starts at 22 minutes past each hour
Rewards an average of 50 favors for collecting lohlunat favors from ten horgh'an statues across the island
Horga'hns spawn in one of two patterns of locations, which are very similar overall
Most importantly, the hunt can be done on multiple toons within the 15 minute limit (there is currently a bug meaning the event ends with 1 minute left on the timer)
When you accept the mission the locations will appear on your map, also on your mini-map. Practice variations on where you collect 10 horga'hns from and choose a run that suits you best. I find starting at the back of the resort hotel and moving up the east coast and onto the 'river' dividing the northern part of the island is good for me.
Remember when planning your route that going to the nearest horgh'an next will sometimes add distance further down the line and slow down your overall journey
The tricorder scan (default key V) will guide you towards the closest horga'hn.
[*} Using the jump button (default key <space>) will help you ascend extra fast.
The run key (default key R) will keep you moving forward so you don't have to keep the W key or your mouse keys mashed down and can focus purely on altering direction.
Turning off your jetpack at the right time can be helpful in speeding up your descents.
The difference between a standard and enhanced floater is 450 favors, but the difference in performance can be largely overcome by breeding a Lohlunat tribble.
This is done by taking any plain tribble and leaving in your bank with an item of Risian food/drink, available from the vendors for 5 favors. The breeding usually takes place within an hour. ***Remember to remove other items of value from your bank which the tribble may also breed with (eg. gamma quadrant consumables like ketracel)***
Make absolutely sure when you have collected the lohlunats from the ten Horga'hn statues that you open the dialogue box and claim the bonus of 25 favors!
Then switch toon and repeat as much as possible. Remember its best to leave a toon close to where a horga'hn statue will spawn to save time. Using standard floaters with Lohlunat Tribbles I'm able to complete 3 full hunts within the time limit, which is generating around 2m ec worth of favors at current prices! Line your pockets while you can!

Hope you find this useful and reply below if you have more to share

As many of you know there are different chat channels for teaming up for PVE play(aside from Strike Group chat of course). After all the changes to the PVEs in recent weeks, a friend of the fleet has set up a new teaming channel called 'DeltaElites'

They also have a site below with details of chat rules, links to youtube videos of the new pves and will shortly have details about upcoming PVE training:

I know this is just a link, but I can't top these guides in my dreams, so here they are.

Borg STF's

STOacademy is just brimming with information. If you haven't already you should check it out.
http://starbaseugc.com/ - a very helpful site for new foundry authors.
I've never used the Foundry before, and I think it would be really cool to implement this project. I'm looking for support, especially (but not exclusively) from people who've published original content in the Foundry already.

Summary: Starfleet is engaged in a border skirmish (mostly ground campaign) that could turn very ugly very quickly. However, with the colonization of New Romulus, and its obligations to the Alliance, Starfleet is stretched too thin to dedicate more than a token effort to contain the situation. The admiralty determined that the best approach would be to send Starfleet Special Operations Forces, who can rely heavily on indigenous resources instead of the fleet, and who have the autonomy to do whatever is necessary to maintain the Federation's security. The player's job is to support the forces already deployed on the ground, and to keep the violence from spreading off-world.

The player will need to use all of his/skills including guile and diplomacy as well as violence to successfully complete this mission.

Important Notes: This idea was inspired by the TOS episode "A Private Little War". I recommend that anyone looking to help with this project read and understand the five tasks of the US Army Special Forces Regiment:
Hi,

So I have two missions published at the moment, and a few in the works. These are:

Outpost Gaia (FED), where the player is asked to assist the remote Space Station Gaia with a fleet of unknown aliens being pursued by their angry counterparts, and

Borg Blitz (KDF), where the player has to save the empire from a certain fate.

So this is a bit of advertising - I hope some of you will find the time to play them and leave reviews and such (I am desperate for your dilithium).

This may further motivate me to work on my next projects. I have a sequel to Gaia in the works and a completely different KDF mission is also taking shape.

Lemme know what you think, if you think anything!
You can find these missions in the foundry selection by typing alysvanya in the search box.

The Convoy Part 1 (Released)
The Convoy Part 2 (Released)
The Convoy Part 3 (Released)

Not yet released.
Wothy of a Romulan (Development Stage)
"Malcolm", She Wrote (Planing Stage)
The Foundry has search function that qualifies the developers to be sentenced to Rura Penthe.

Localized Clients apparently search localized to your language.
Missions in other language: Do not just search for missions in "any" language. Try searching for missions in "english" - that way I finally found Aly's "The missing Convoy" Triology listed. Smile

Author's name and mission titles fail damn often. So far I found searching for the mission's Identity Code more reliable. So I found Noybman's missions. I wish I could memorize such number-letter mixtures Smile
